Return

When returning, it is the buyer's responsibility to package the goods securely and enclose a copy of the receipt in the package. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, no refund will be given to the buyer. The buyer bears responsibility for the goods from the time of delivery.

The buyer pays for shipping on return and the package is sent to the address below:

If you cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, the package will be returned with a copy of the receipt for a refund. After receiving the return item in undamaged condition, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 4 banking days.

All costs of return are borne by the buyer.

Payment and security

The New Bohemian accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.

The payment is deducted from the buyer's account when the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All amounts include VAT and are in Danish kroner. No extra charges are added unless this is written in your order confirmation.

The New Bohemian uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which means that your information cannot be accessed by third parties.

The buyer's delivery address is only given to Shipmondo for delivery purposes and will not be used for any other purpose.

Delivery

The New Bohemian uses PostNord, GLS and DAO for delivery. Track&Trace numbers are included. It usually takes 2-5 banking days for delivery, but may take a little longer if the delivery company has complications. In case of delay or non-delivery, contact us at info@thenewbohemian.dk with "delivery" written in the subject field.

Complaints

If you have complaints about damaged products, or products with faults and defects, contact us as soon as possible at info@thenewbohemian.dk with "complaint" in the subject field. Please include pictures and an explanation in the complaint, if possible so that we can come up with a common solution.

Refund

In case of mutual agreement on refund, the purchase amount is refunded to the buyer's account within 4 banking days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
